We've begun construction of the new Residence Inn hotel located at the Coyol area in. Alajuela. This hotel marks an important milestone in Costa Rica's hotel industry, as it is the first extended-stay hotel to be developed in the area, providing an optimal lodging option for companies operating in the various logistics complexes along the Inter-American Highway.

The new Puntarenas hospital was awarded Project of the Year 2024. This important project fills us with pride, as it reflects excellence at every stage, from design to operation.

The new Puntarenas hospital marks a milestone in the Pacific region of Costa Rica and is the largest infrastructure project built by the CCSS at a single time, with a total area of 75,000 m² and a capacity to serve a population of nearly 400,000 people.
